We have a 30-day exchange policy only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. All items are final sale. We accept no refunds, NO exceptions.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at puretruthapparel@gmail.com. Please note that exchange requests take 7-10 business days to approve or deny. Upon receipt of decision you will need to mail product back to us and it will be an additional 7-10 business after we receive item back to ship item to you.
If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.
If an item is received defective or damaged please email customer service at puretruthapparel@gmail.com with a detailed description, a picture of the item, and your order number (order number both in subject line and in email). We will review any issues and offer a store credit or replacement product for any defective merchandise. If you received the wrong item please send an email to customer service at puretruthapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the item that you were supposed to receive. If there are any items that are reported as wrong items that are the correct items that were originally ordered, there will be no exchanges. We will notify you if your exchange has been approved or denied via email.
